Before changing this Site from private beta to public access or routing a custom domain, the operator must publish the responsible individual or legal entity and a monitored operator email, complete a federal and New York trademark clearance for the Fachelli name and seal, adopt a written New York data-security and incident-response plan, establish a real retention/deletion log, test critical flows for accessibility, and obtain qualified counsel’s review. Before accepting payments or substantial user-hosted media, the operator must also confirm processor, tax, refund, and consumer disclosures and—if Section 512 protection is sought—register and publish a DMCA agent. Payments, wagering, cash-out, and direct media uploads remain disabled.
