The Fachelli Family is an independent fictional roleplay universe and creator community.

• It is not approved, sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, RedM, or any host server unless a separate written statement expressly says otherwise.
• Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto, GTA, FiveM, RedM, related logos, game assets, characters, and other protected elements belong to their respective owners.
• Rockstar or game elements may not be used as the Family’s brand, logo, source identifier, chapter name, merchandise identity, or in a way that implies official status.
• Every relevant public page must preserve a clear, conspicuous independent-project disclaimer.
• Before the site or any related Custom Server is opened publicly, the operator must publish the responsible individual or entity and a valid monitored operator email address. A web form alone does not satisfy the 2026 Creator Platform License requirement.

• Rockstar-related community play must use an authorized pathway. For customized Grand Theft Auto V or Red Dead Redemption 2 roleplay servers, the Family uses Cfx.re-supported FiveM/RedM environments and does not operate or promote unauthorized multiplayer services.
• Every chapter obeys the host server’s administrators, economy, faction rules, content rules, lore, and enforcement decisions. The Commission has no authority to override them.
• The website may archive or coordinate a story, but it does not interfere with GTA Online, Red Dead Online, anti-cheat systems, official services, or another server’s private systems.
• Transfers between chapters may never be used to evade a ban, wipe, discipline, or administrative decision.

• No real-money gambling or cash-out, sale of in-game virtual currency, sale of Rockstar-created virtual items, paid loot boxes, gacha, random drawings, sweepstakes, crypto assets, NFTs, or token projects are permitted.
• Ledger Units, XP, collectibles, businesses, contracts, influence, territory, rank, access, and story rights cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, sponsored, wagered, or exchanged for real value.
• No in-game third-party promotions, advertisements, endorsements, sponsorships, brand integration, or ongoing commercial brand association may be created unless current Rockstar rules and express written authorization permit the exact arrangement.
• The site does not aggregate or sell third-party server content and does not use Rockstar or marketplace content to train, tune, source, or promote generative-AI systems.
• If the project ever monetizes Creator Services, it must use any then-required authorized provider and complete a fresh legal, tax, consumer-protection, privacy, and platform-policy review before activation.

• Members may publish commentary and recorded roleplay only when the recording, likeness, server, music, and asset permissions needed for that release are secured.
• Do not upload, sample, remix, or commercially exploit unlicensed music, including music heard inside a Rockstar title, and do not alter protected in-game voiceover performances.
• Do not import real-world brands, characters, logos, music, or third-party game IP into a chapter without the applicable rights and host-server approval.
• Creator assets may be used only within the license granted by their authorized marketplace or creator; standalone resale, sharing, decompilation, or redistribution is prohibited.

• Crime, drugs, weapons, violence, gambling, corruption, death, and organized-crime themes are fictional adult subject matter—not instructions, encouragement, or permission for real conduct.
• No cheating, malicious code, credential theft, doxxing, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, threats, real criminal coordination, or interference with another player’s service is tolerated.
• Private server information, unreleased mechanics, and out-of-character knowledge may not be transferred across chapters for metagaming or competitive advantage.
• Reports involving real safety, privacy, or platform conduct are handled by human moderators and, when appropriate, the host server, platform, emergency service, or lawful authority.

• The Family Ledger is a separate browser-based story record. It does not represent a Rockstar account, game balance, server entitlement, Rockstar-created virtual item, or legal ownership interest.
• Territory is displayed as stewardship and story responsibility. Businesses are roleplay records, not legal entities or investment opportunities. Collectibles are revocable provenance entries, not property or securities.
• The website does not connect its fictional units to donations, commerce, subscriptions, game-server purchases, crypto, marketplaces, prizes, or chance-based play.
• The operator may freeze, reverse, expire, rebalance, or reset any fictional record to preserve safety, policy compliance, canon, and system integrity.

• A real administrator must review Rockstar Terms, Community Guidelines, the current Creator Platform License Agreement, and the Roleplay Server Policy at least quarterly and before any new monetization, server integration, sponsor, game feature, asset marketplace, or public event.
• A host chapter should keep its operator contact, server authorization, asset licenses, music and recording permissions, and chapter status current in the Commission record.
• The private owner office may flag missing records or suspicious patterns but cannot make legal conclusions, transact, discipline a person, or approve a platform use.
• Rockstar may change, suspend, or prohibit Creator Services or permitted commercialization. Current official terms control over this summary.
• Qualified counsel—not this website—must review the operator’s entity, jurisdictions, audience, taxes, privacy program, trademark clearance, and any future commercial feature.
