Terms of Use

This website documents a fictional mafia roleplay universe, supports an 18+ voluntary creator community, accepts applications and questions, and provides authenticated community tools.

• By registering, applying, contacting the community, publishing content, or using protected areas, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Safety Notice, Community Standards, Content & IP Policy, and Supporter Terms.
• If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not register, apply, contribute content, access restricted areas, or make a support contribution.
• Fictional stories may discuss drugs, violence, weapons, death, threats, corruption, gambling, profanity, incarceration, and other mature crime-drama themes.
• You must also follow the requirements of every game, host server, platform, payment provider, and service you use.

• The Don, Commission, Capos, crews, ranks, orders, businesses, debts, kickbacks, promotions, demotions, missions, discipline, and Code of Order are fictional roleplay and storytelling systems.
• No fictional rank creates employment, partnership, agency, ownership, fiduciary duty, debt, supervisory power, or real authority over another person.
• A fictional order never overrides consent, law, safety, host-server rules, platform terms, or actual community administration.
• The Family is not a real criminal organization and does not organize, encourage, conceal, or facilitate real criminal activity.

• Protected areas may use ChatGPT sign-in and a separately approved member record.
• Family position controls fictional standing; XP records documented contribution; community permission controls real editing, moderation, and administration. A change to one does not automatically change the others.
• XP, awards, crew precedence, stars, profiles, and promotions are fictional community records with no cash value. They are not wages, property, professional credentials, ownership, or a promise of future benefit.
• The Commission may correct, revoke, or amend XP and awards with an attributable reason. Promotions remain discretionary story decisions based on contribution, conduct, crew need, host-server standing, and role availability—not payment or a mechanical score.
• Keep accounts secure. Do not share access, impersonate others, bypass controls, scrape restricted records, or probe the service.
• Access may be restricted or removed for safety, security, policy, legal, inactivity, or administrative reasons under the applicable process.

Any ledger, business, collectible, territory, debt, asset, or game record exists only as a revocable entertainment record governed by the Fictional Systems Policy.

• The site does not offer real-money poker, wagering, betting, raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, paid tournaments, loot boxes, cash prizes, cryptocurrency, NFTs, currency exchange, or investment products.
• Fictional units, XP, awards, rank, access, businesses, collectibles, territory, and story rights cannot be purchased, redeemed, cashed out, externally transferred, or staked on chance.
• No fictional debt, contract, loan, tax, payroll, kickback, loss, or property record creates a real obligation or may be enforced against a person.
• Any future social card game must remain free, non-transferable, non-purchasable, isolated from progression and assets, and disabled until specialized legal review is complete.

• The Don's private office is owner-only. The Commission receives only direction the owner explicitly approves, and crews receive only assignments addressed to their role and chapter.
• Automated drafting or screening may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong and is never legal, financial, employment, medical, safety, emergency, moderation, or host-server advice.
• Private Family chat may use automated pre-publication screening to hold apparent private data, credible real threats, exploitation, harassment, self-harm emergencies, or real criminal planning. Fictional mature subject matter remains allowed when clearly framed as roleplay.
• A screening result is not a final finding. Human administrators remain responsible for warnings, access changes, discipline, appeals, and contextual review.
• No draft automatically promotes or demotes a character, changes member access, disciplines a person, publishes canon, or creates a binding Commission decision. A human with the correct real permission must review and approve every action.
• Do not place confidential evidence, private messages, protected personal information, credentials, real criminal information, or information you lack permission to share into a private office or Commission record.
• The operator may retain approved directives, crew assignments, approvers, and resulting records for accountability.

• Provide accurate information and do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, precise private addresses, confidential evidence, exploits, or real criminal information.
• Applications and inquiries create administrative records for review, routing, communication, safety, and policy handling. By providing an email or Discord handle for follow-up, you authorize ordinary application-related contact through the method selected.
• The Commission may separately approve or decline crew placement, fictional rank, local server assignment, and real member-portal permission. These decisions do not create employment, ownership, payment, or real authority.
• An application or inquiry does not guarantee admission, response time, rank, chapter placement, employment, payment, partnership, sponsorship, or a roleplay outcome.
• See the Privacy Policy for data practices and the Content & IP Policy for rights in submitted creative work.

• Do not use the site, Family identity, seal, member tools, or communications for threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, rights infringement, doxxing, stalking, or real criminal conduct.
• Do not transfer private server information, metagame across cities, evade bans, impersonate staff, or claim the Commission can overrule a host community.
• Do not buy or sell fictional rank, protection, immunity, authority, moderation preference, canon control, or in-game advantage with real-world value.
• Use protected information only for its authorized audience and never assume that out-of-character access creates character knowledge.

• Creators retain ownership of original work except where a separate written agreement says otherwise and grant only the permissions described in the Content & IP Policy when submitting material.
• The official name, seal, presentation, core canon, and commissioned assets may not be used to impersonate official communications or claim unauthorized ownership or endorsement.
• Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, RedM, YouTube, Discord, host servers, and other owners retain their rights. References do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
• Direct public media uploads are not accepted. Authorized editors may link approved third-party content after checking permission, attribution, host rules, and platform requirements.
• The community may remove or restrict content that violates rights, privacy, policy, host rules, law, or platform requirements.

• Copyright, credit, and takedown requests must be sent through the Contact Desk and include the work claimed, the exact site location, the claimant’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
• The operator may remove or disable access to disputed material while reviewing a facially complete notice and may forward the notice to the submitting member or creator.
• A person whose material is removed may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice. Restoration, when legally appropriate, follows the applicable statutory timetable unless the claimant reports a filed court action.
• Accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyrights may be suspended or terminated in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
• The Contact Desk is an administrative intake route, not a representation that a DMCA designated agent has been registered. Before accepting substantial user-hosted media, the operator must publish and register a valid designated agent if Section 512 protection is sought.

• Contribution processing is currently disabled and may be activated only after operator identity, processor, tax, privacy, refund, recordkeeping, and legal requirements are verified.
• If activated, support will be voluntary, processed through a third-party payment provider, and not represented as charitable or tax-deductible unless the operator formally qualifies and states otherwise.
• Support never purchases rank, authority, ownership, employment, equity, story immunity, moderation preference, fictional currency, collectibles, territory, or in-game benefit.
• Any activated contribution terms, refunds, unauthorized payments, fraud, and chargebacks will be handled through real administrative and processor procedures.
• Paid creator work, sponsorship, licensing, revenue sharing, or merchandise requires the specific terms applicable to that transaction or a separate written agreement.

• The site, archive, accounts, integrations, links, databases, game connections, and community services may change, pause, fail, or end without guarantee.
• Content and systems are provided for entertainment, roleplay, community coordination, and creative collaboration. Nothing here is legal, financial, employment, medical, tax, emergency, or safety advice.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every record.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, volunteer administrators, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, community participation, third-party services, host servers, lost records, or roleplay outcomes.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount the claimant actually paid directly to the operator for the service during the preceding twelve months.
• You remain responsible for your own conduct, submissions, permissions, recordings, platform accounts, game access, tax obligations, and dealings with third parties.
• To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, rights infringement, material breach of these Terms, or submission of material you lacked authority to provide.
• These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability that applicable law requires for intentional misconduct or other non-waivable rights.

• These Terms are governed by New York law, without applying rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law, except that mandatory consumer rights in a user’s home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
• Before filing a non-urgent claim, the parties should send a written notice through the Contact Desk and allow thirty days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.
• No arbitration clause, class-action waiver, employment agreement, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms.
• Forum, venue, limitation periods, and enforceability can depend on the operator’s legal entity and the claimant’s location. Qualified New York counsel should approve these provisions before the site is opened to the public or accepts money.

• Violations may result in content removal, access limits, suspension, removal, referral to a host platform or authority, or other proportionate real administrative action.
• Good-faith reporting, privacy requests, accessibility requests, or refusal of a scene may not be punished through fictional retaliation.
• Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and should be communicated through an appropriate official channel.
• Use the Contact Desk for policy questions, legal notices, privacy requests, copyright matters, support disputes, and other tracked communications.
