THE PERSISTENT IP

One Family across
cities, games, and media.

The Family is not limited to one game, server, city, or generation of characters. Members collaborate as roleplayers, filmmakers, writers, developers, business builders, musicians, designers, editors, organizers, and worldbuilders to create a history designed to continue for years.

COMMUNITY · WHO THIS IS FOR

Different crafts.
One shared universe.

The Family is built for people who want more than isolated sessions: people who create, organize, develop, perform, and leave useful opportunities behind them.

RP

Roleplayers

Build disciplined characters, relationships, businesses, and connected story arcs that can develop for years.

FM

Filmmakers

Turn live scenes into episodes, documentaries, portraits, interviews, trailers, and an expanding cinematic record.

EN

Entrepreneurs

Design useful in-game enterprises that create jobs, customers, logistics, negotiation, events, and wider city roleplay.

WB

Worldbuilders

Write, develop, design, score, edit, organize, and preserve the systems and canon that keep the universe coherent.

POLICY · THE TWO-LAYER STRUCTURE

Fictional authority.
Real-world consent.

Immersion remains strongest when the boundary is unmistakable. The fictional hierarchy governs story; actual community administration governs people.

IN UNIVERSE

The fictional institution

The Don, Commission, Capos, Right Hands, crews, ranks, businesses, missions, ledgers, promotions, discipline storylines, and Code of Order exist for roleplay, game systems, and cinematic presentation.

Family rank is character standing inside the canon.
COMMUNITY

The real creator collective

Administration, creative direction, moderation, development, member safety, permissions, intellectual property, partnerships, and real-world conduct operate under the actual community policies.

Participation is voluntary, consensual, and governed by policy.
A fictional promotion grants no real-world authority. A fictional conflict never justifies real-world harassment, coercion, retaliation, or exclusion outside established community procedure.
ARCHIVE · MONTARO, THE OLD COUNTRY

Not merely another city.
The permanent home.

Montaro can fulfill its strategic purpose without becoming a mass-population public server. It is headquarters, school, archive, studio, laboratory, and safe harbor.

01

Commission headquarters

Chapter authorization, senior appointments, cross-city issues, canon decisions, and long-term direction.

02

Training ground

Roleplay fundamentals, Family history, scene craft, business play, communication, boundaries, and host respect.

03

Canonical archive

The permanent record when a server closes, wipes, changes ownership, changes rules, or ends a storyline.

04

Production environment

Introductions, ceremonies, broadcasts, interviews, flashbacks, trailers, photography, and documentaries.

05

Systems laboratory

A controlled home for testing businesses, missions, economics, training, automation, and story-supporting infrastructure.

06

Permanent home

The place characters return between assignments—and the institution no outside server can erase.

Members may operate elsewhere. The Family itself cannot be deleted by another server.
SYSTEM · MONTARO INFRASTRUCTURE

Automate infrastructure.
Humanize the story.

AI police, automated jobs, missions, civilians, transportation, businesses, enforcement, and economic mechanics provide pressure, consequences, activity, training scenarios, prompts, and background life.

Human members provide judgment, emotion, relationships, negotiation, leadership, betrayal, loyalty, ideas, and character development. Systems create conditions for stories; they do not replace the stories.

GUIDANCE · THE MEASURE OF SUCCESS

Reputation over population.

The Family is not primarily a competitive faction. Wealth, fear, territory, and mechanical power are never the main scoreboard.

ARCHIVE · CROSS-SERVER CONTINUITY

Each server is a chapter.
Not the whole universe.

Every chapter follows its host’s rules, lore, economy, faction restrictions, and administrative authority. The Commission never overrides another community. Transfers preserve creative continuity; they never evade bans, punishments, or staff decisions.

CORE CANON

Permanent Family history, founding, major relationships, Commission appointments, Montaro, and selected Family-wide events.

CITY CANON

Local businesses, arrests, investigations, rivalries, politics, conflicts, deaths, disappearances, and other server-specific history.

CHARACTER CANON

Personal experience carried only where appropriate, host-permitted, and compatible with the new setting.

COMMUNITY · QUALITY BEFORE QUANTITY

Enter slowly.
Build something lasting.

The founding circle establishes the culture. Recruitment is gradual and selective: reliability, character discipline, initiative, boundaries, scene etiquette, host respect, and the ability to create opportunities matter more than raw numbers.

    Earn trust through contribution

Advancement means demonstrated trust.

Reputation rewards meaningful scenes, mentorship, business consistency, content, training, reports, chapter objectives, reliability, and character development—not random violence, grinding, real-money spending, or personal closeness to leadership.

POLICY · SUPPORT & MONETIZATION

Support the universe.
Never purchase authority.

Media revenue, sponsors, merchandise, memberships, creator content, production funding, events, original music, licensed assets, and future interactive work may support the media property and technical infrastructure. Financial support never purchases Family rank, Commission authority, leadership, immunity, mechanical advantage, preferential moderation, or ownership of the canon.
